Hi Vance/Mike,
(I bet your loving me with all my posts right now!)
Anyway, is there anyway we can track our requests or fix improvements.
I want to be sure the hardcoded timeout and audio item bargein option for example is a priority as I know it would be for lots of the folks here.
I know you allocate codes to them but does that mean they get done or just considered.
What is the process and how can we ensure these improvements get into the product.
Cheers
Karl

Hi Karl,
Thanks for all the suggestions. Our products are designed for developers and any feedback is we get is very valuable for.
As far as the issue tracking is concerned, you should be able to use the Bug Toolkit from cisco.com. Note that the tool might be to users with a valid support contract. You can just enter one of the issue numbers - CSC# - and view the status of the issue.
Regards,
Michael

Mike,
thanks. I'm aware of TAC (we've been involved with Cisco for quite a long time) and how track our issues.
I was thinking more of the feature requests ;)
Cheers

Karl,
Feature requests are also available via Bug Toolkit. You should be still able to obtain the status of your issue, regardless whether it's a bug or enhancement, by providing the proper identifier.
Regards,
Michael
