When doing the WebEx Social 2.5.2 SR2 upgrade from 2.5.2 SR1, there is a task to convert the DB to AL32UTF8 Charset.
Following the instructions and get to the line to decrypt the account passwords using CCMDecrypt.
CCMDecrypt does not seem to be working. Is there something that needs to be installed on the Director node first?

Sorry, false alarm. I was trying to decrypt some of the username/passwords that were not identified in the guide. For this to work, only decrypt the 4 user passwords listed in the guide.
Also, a quick note about the guide. There is typo. WebEx Socialbpass should be WebEx Socialdbpass
AND when running the command /opt/cisco/sbin/external-nodes.py RDBMS_fqdn | grep pass, the fqdn needs to be all lowercase.
