The admin page for apidemoeu.webex.com cannot be accessed/used by customers as this is a shared sandbox site. If you are signed up for GDP, you should have your own dedicated development site which you have admin access to. If you are not sure what this would be, please contact your WebEx Account Manager to obtain your access information.
