HI   ,,,

i Would like to know is there any possible way to Reserve Agents (ICM Scripting )...any nodes can be used / or any other way

Scenario: If the call rates are high, all agents are busy and call should not go to queue, then it should be routed to some reserved Agents ?
Is this can be done, if  then how to do it....

Suggestions will be highly appreciated..

When you say ¿reserved agents¿, I assume you mean to some folks who otherwise normally do not take general calls.   You can send the call to the specific extension(s) using dynamic label using a specific number or hunt group.
