Created by: Grant Bagdasarian on 05-03-2012 04:24:57 AM Hello, Is there a way in TCL to detect an answering machine? I saw there is a topic on this here (its two years old already) , but this speaks of Contact Center which I do not use. My outbound tcl script places a call and when the destination answers an handoff is performed to a vxml script, but this also happens when the destination rejects the call and the call is send to its voicemail. I've read this page about CPA. How and during which event can I read the SIP UPDATE message in TCL to see the result of the CPA? Is this even possible in TCL? Thanks, Grant

I don't think it is possible with TCL-IVR.
Thanks, Raghavendra
