I would like to suggest some automation tools to help people and administrators manage their environment and system.
1. Tool that allows me as a user to automatically follow 'everyone' or a group with existing membership.
2. Tool to create a post and push to 'all users' or a 'group' of usersto their 'watch list'. This would allow push notification within a post and integrate with Email notification settings.
3. Tool to see who is 'watching' a particular post (at least have meta data in the search library posts view that shows the number of people that are 'watching' set as 'favorite' or 'like' each post.
Sorry to combine many requests in one, but they seem related. Are these already on the roadmap?

Sorry for the delayed reply.
Some of these functionalities can be acheived by developing a custom applicaiton using the Open APIs. The API forum is the right place to get further information.
Meanwhile we'll check if any of these are in the product roadmap, and get back to you.
