CME AXL supports only a few request types, as in the document
There is no official schema file (wsdl/xsd)
The main usefulness is in the CLI passthrough request, as this will allow the app to do pretty much anything it needs to - albeit without a nice XML object oriented framework to work with like CUCM AXL
