Hi
I have two systems on two different sites.
Site1 has two TC60 Firmware TC2.1.0
Site2 has two TC90 Firmware TC2.1.1
When using the video input it bounces the picture up and down. It also sends the bouncing picture to the farend aswell.
This is happening on both sites.
Is there anything i can do.

I think we need some more information to understand what is going on.
Which video input connectors are you using? What is the source? Could you describe the "bouncing"? Does it only happen when in call? On which outputs are your screens connected? etc...
Sorry for all the questions but the more info we get the better we can help. Personally I have not seen what I would describe as bouncing pictures and I have used TC 2.1.x for a while on several C90's and C60 🙂

Hi Cameron,
Are you using the composite or S-video input? If so, this is a known issue and is documented in the release notes. The de-interlacing on this input simply is not good enough. We will improve this in future software version, but that will take some time.
