Hi,
I hope you can help me with the issues I have on my C20.
The first is when I try to reboot the codec the system freezes, nothing happens and you can't do a thing. Only the clock is ticking 😉 Then you have to manually reset the codec by pressing the reset button on the back. Also no historical logs are being saved. Has anybody experienced this kind of problem?
Another issue is when I try to force the codec to go into standby mode it does so, the camera turns into standby position and immediately comes back again and the system wakes up. And I'm not moving the remote control 😉
I will very appreciate if You can help me on any of these.

Hi everybody,
Restoring the codec to factory default settings resolved the first issue.
The second is a known issue, not yet fixed and also not included in release notes for the TC software.
