We have 5 new profile 42's. We are trying to display presentations on the endpoints but we are getting a "no signal" condition intermittently. This is occuring on all endpoints regardless of whether or not they are connected. The laptops are fairly new and we have tried multiple models.
Sometimes the presentaion will display fine, sometimes it will not. We have not been able to identify exactly how to make it occur. The endpoints are running the latest release of software.
I was wodering if anyone out there has seen this behavior.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
