Hi guys,
Encountered an issue the other day whilst installing a C40 with a Teleprescence touchpanel attached.
Once installed, it had to be enabled with the Direct Control settings to work, but this has disabled the use of the normal TRC-5 remote.
Client wishes to have full use of both the remote & TP whilst using the system, is this possible or are the two mutually exclusive ?

Hi Melanie,
The two are mutually exclusive, so when the CT Touch is paired, you will not be able to use the TRC-5 remote.
This is by design.
