Hello,
We have a C60 codec and we are trying to upload an xml config file to change the custom layout using the TC console. When the XML file is loaded the codec accepts it with no errors but following a reboot the changes do not show.
The Codec is on TC 6.0.1.
Unfortunately we do not have another C60 to attempt loading the code on that.
Can anyone suggest anything?

Hi Nick,
sorry for the delayed answer.
After uploading the XML to the codec what happens when you reconnect TC Console to it - is it able to read out the custom layouts or is it using the default layouts. Also - important - which version of TC Console are you using? You should use TC Console 6.0 for TC 6.0 and not TC Console 3.3 or earlier...
