We have a C60 TC3.1.1 on which we are using layouts. During a call and intermittently the local layout assigned disappears and is replaced by the standard C60 layout. This is controlled over ip by an NI-3100 although when we disconnect this the problem still occurs.
The remote layouts assigned are not affected. The call that we observed this was to an MXP6000 via VCS. Any idea why this should happen?

Hi Phil,
the codec will use the default layouts if you unassign a layout from an output or if you
call the Video Layout Reset command.
The best way of updating the layouts is to assign the new layout directly instead of doing
unassign and then assign.
Hopefully this helps.

I'm not using the "videolayoutreset" or "assign"/"unassign" commands at this point, in fact this happens with no session open from the Netlinx and no physical connection to the Netlinx.
