Are there any plans to have the video window and dialing features in the C series web interface similar to what was in the MXP? This is a big missing element for help desk support.

please not that we are in no circumstances able to give any promises regarding new products, firmware updates, new features, release dates etc. before they are officially released from TANDBERG.

I would like to echo the sentiment that I find it disappointing (from a support environment standpoint) to not have the same type of dialing features or web snapshots through the C60's web gui as is available in the MXP's.

In the soon-to-be-released firmware update TC 3.0 we have added more dialing features on the web interface.

The calling interface is still very poor since it hasn't changed much with 3.0
