We at University of California San Francisco have C90s integrated into 6 of our lecture hall AV systems.
Every other week or so 1 of the C90s will display the video input 3 DVI analog as black, and the query "xstatus video" will show the incoming VGA video signal to have a resolution of 0 x 0. A reboot always fixes the problem. We have see this on about 4 of the 6 C90s. (6 out of 8 if we count advanced replacement units!)
We would like a software fix for this, please, as well as a note confirming Tandberg is aware of the issue.

It seems that the software rev 3.2.2 fixes the problem for us.
