I love the new Debugger in Call Studio 6.

But when I try to perform an application transfer I get an error at that point in the debugger. Is this what should be occurring? Or am I somehow doing something wrong? Note that when I test thru a web browser, it performs the app transfer correctly.

One more question, if I want to test voice input into the Date element using the Debugger, what are one or two valid utterances I can type in? I tried things like January twelfth and January second 2009 - they both came back as 'nomatch' - do you know one or two things that work?

Thanks, Janine

Hi Janine,

The application transfer element is not currently supported in the Debugger. An application which contains elements that are not supported can be tested in the Debugger by following the guidelines listed in the Call Studio documentation. The documentation can be accessed by selecting "Help -> Help Contents" from the Call Studio menu. The section to refer to is "Cisco Unified Call Studio -> Builder -> Debug".

Also, the Date element or any custom element that uses the built-in date grammar will require numerical input into the Debugger following the format "YYYYDDMM".

Thanks,
Roberto
