Created by: JAMES DEPHILLIP II on 25-10-2013 09:36:25 AM This may be more of a feature request because I can not find anything that says I can do this. I am looking to be able to do SQL queries against the CAR database. The reason for this is that we are a highly mobile enviroment with EM/EMCC used everywhere and I was hoping to provide users a Missed Call directory that actually searches searches CAR. I have looked at CDRonDemand but that does not look like an optimal solution since we will have request on the fly for missed calls. I want to provide missed calls while logged out and at any phone the user logs into. Is it possible to request this as an enhancement or if anyone knows a way to do this other than monitoring every single terminal/gateway in JTAPI I appreciate your assistance.
Thanks, Jim
