I need to be able to add a button to the chat session pages that makes some javascript calls to create a ticket on our system. How would I go about adding this button to a live chat that's initiated through the webacd.wbx api?

Hello,
The developer program allows you to include WebEx functionality in your own integration. There is no API available for modifying the WebEx user interface.
