Cisco Chat Problem?

I clicked Chat on the Cius, then clicked on Cisco Chat Account...
 
I see four blank textfields, Username, Password, Server Address, and Server Port...
 
I noticed that I can fill in the username and the password fields but I cannot type anything for server address nor port numbers...
 
Does anyone know why those two are greyed-out?

It appears that you need to upgrade the firmware on your Cius device.

Cisco does provide support for registering your Cius device with our RAVE DMZ lab in Galway, Ireland http://developer.cisco.com/web/cius-developer/remote-access-validation-environment-rave Registering will triggering an automatic Cius firmware update/install to the latest recommended version.  For details and support on Cius registration with RAVE, please see the Upgrade Cius Firmware page on this site
