I know this is not a support area however support cant seem to understand what I need. I have a 4520 MCU ( I am a Cisco reseller) that we rented to a Govt client. Due to their security they had to remove the CF cards that were in the unit. I got CF cards (blank ones) and asked how do I load the software back on. Support gave us the upgrade process using CF cards which fails every time as it is looking for files that already exist on teh internal CF card. What I want is the 5-6 files that are loaded on the CF card already. This will allow me to boot the unit and then I can upgrade it to the latest software if I want.
I asked for this but they dont seem to know anything about it. Can someone point me to the files or email them to me?
