Hi Stig,
I'm afraid that there's no way to send a message to every participant in a conference simultaneously. The API unfortunately does not have feature parity with the web interface. This is something that we are aware of. If you want to see this particular functionality in a future MCU release, then I think the best thing to do would be to raise a feature request through your sales rep.
