I need assistance with creating a Directory Handler. Fromt the WADL file I can see that handlers/directoryhandlers only implements a GET operation. Not sure which other resources to use to create a Directory Handler.

Yes, Directory handler create/modify/delete operations are not supported from the REST API. Those operations can be performed using Cisco Unity Connection Administration GUI.
