On toolbox i'm getting the following error from the Tandberg module :
1. Error: Module S-3.1:S-12.3 : S2_Tandberg_C90___C60_Call_Control_v1_1 at line 265: Output Array __CALLSTATUS_ISACTIVE overflow. Index = -1. Bounds = 2
I get the error multiple times, and it usually occurs when a call is dropped. it's happening on a C60 Codec and i'm using module 1.3
This C60 codec is very insatable it drops calls constantly (we know it's not the network) and it will for some reason if I start changing the source with the Crestron the call is more likely to drop.

The error you are getting in Toolbox indicated that you have version 1.1 of the module (or at least the Tandberg C90 + C60 Call Control v1.1.usp file) and not 1.3 as you have written.Can you check your installation first.
Also we need to know which firmware is installed on the C60. The C60 is very stable and it is very unusual that it drops calls.
