I recently configured CSS for VXML server redundancy (CVP 7.0). According to the config guide, the CSS detects the VXML server using the following config.
keepalive type http
keepalive port 7000
keepalive uri "index.jsp"
But here is no "index.jsp" on a VXML server. I changed it to
keepalive uri "/CVP/Server?probe=true" and it works fine.
Is this ok? What is the preferred way for CSS to detect a VXML server.
