Hi,
sometimes we see a lot of error messages in the CTI manager log and it seems as if the connection to CTI manager gets lost.
This is the error messages we see in the CTI manager trace. The phones are definitly registered an can make phone calls. What could be the root of this problem?

Hi Roland,
Looks like the application is trying to update the device filter, when the device is not open by them.
To know more on this, you could share the JTAPI application logs along with CCM / CTI SDL / SDI logs?
Thanks and Regards,
Anitha
