CTIOS Server is a client that connects to CTI Server using the CTI
Server protocol.
CTIOS Client Cil applications connect to CTIOS Server.
There is no such think as CTI OS.CTI Gateway
CTI Server is sometimes referred to by its process name CG., which
stands for CTI Gateway.
