I have been asked by my VTC team to support something they have been looking into for quite sometime.
They are wanting to capture a few extra data elements in the Video Scheduler in TMS.
They are running TMS 12.6
Without any prior experience with this software...
I am curious what the best route would be to modify thes scheduling area to support a few extra data elements.
Keep in mind, they will continue to use the TMS application (i.e. not trying to create a 3rd party scheduler), they are just looking to add a couple more customer entries when they wish to schedule a conference.
