First, I created four custom elements and deployed the jar file at C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLStudio\eclipse\plugins\com.audiumcorp.studio.library.common_5.1.0\lib\CustomElements.jar

All the four elements works good when deployed in the VXMLServer C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLServer\common\lib\CustomElements.jar works good at runtime.

Later, I created one more custom element and updated the CustomElements.jar and put at this location - C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLStudio\eclipse\plugins\com.audiumcorp.studio.library.common_5.1.0\lib\CustomElements.jar

After which the CVP Studio itself didn't start and it gave two errors per log located at C:\Cisco\CVP\VXMLStudio\eclipse\workspace\.metadata\.log. I have attached the log as well.

I am using Java Version - 1.4.2_06 for developing this custom element.

Hi Sethu,

The logs suggest that the exception is being thrown due to a possibly corrupted CustomElements.jar. Try to recreate the jar file with a new custom element and see if that works.

If the problem persists, please contact Cisco TAC for support. This forum is not intended for CVP support.

Harish
