How can I pass data back to ICM on an unrecoverable error (Error element).
This was possible in 3.1 using a SubdialogReturn element as an Error element.
This is important so ICM can queue the call based on self-service collected information. For example, if caller already selected the department they want, it makes sense to pass this to ICM, especially if the self service errors out.
What do you recommend?
