The AW refreshes the data every 10 seconds regardless of the statistics interval, so this is normal and there is no configuration to reduce this time.

Hi,
I'm now looking at none realtime calls queued information via the eOnNewSkillGroupStatisticsEvent in monitor mode, which I understand refreshes at the interval set on our CTIOS server. In my test environment if I instigate a queued call just before the next interval (say 2 seconds) before then the next statistics Args that I receive is still showing RouterCallsQNow = 0 as though it hasn't had time to process the queued call.
Is this normal and is there anything we can do to reduce this lag?

Sorry David, does AW stand for Admin Workstations?

Yes the database is replicated there (the Admin Workstation) for purposes of reporting and statistics.
