Hi,
Sometimes we are getting following error while sending data to phone(IP Communicator)-
com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: CCNException not handled:com.cisco.cti.client.CCNException: deviceDataPassThrough request failed
Can I know the reason? Is there any way to handle this case because after this error all sendData request fails but Request/Response works from ip phone.
