Created by: CLAUDIO RIVAS on 07-01-2013 02:58:33 AM Hi, Currently have an issue with CVP 9.0, I actualiy have a Digit element to capture user account inputs, the configuration is the following: MinDigits:3 MaxDigits:6 No Input Timeout: 5s Digits max no input: 3 Digits max no match: 3 I noticed that when the caller try to use the digit element to capture the input once he/she press 3 to 5 keys the timeout is longer than the configured No Input Timeout. I think there could be a place on the configuration where i can ajust this value. This doesn't happen with a 2 lenght input or if user presses #. Please kindly help. Regards,
Subject: RE: Digits Element - Interdigit timeout Replied by: Joe Gilbert on 07-01-2013 07:14:35 AM The setting you are describing is interdigittimeout. I think this VXML property can be set globally for your whole application or just for that element.

So use that property to set it to the appropriate value you need. I would suggest that you set it locally at the element as for some other elements you may have fixed no of digits. Hemal

If needed at all, this should be set to something like '5s' within any Digits element that needs it.
