Hello dears!
One task i 've got with e20 and Edge95 communication. Customer tells e20 is not able to see video from Edge 95. These are 2 branches in one Enterprise WAN. Sound is able and workers are able to speak with each other. But video from edge95 is absent in e20.
What could be the problem? Are these symptoms in personal settings or some TCP, UDP ports have to be opened throughout the network on edge routers?
P.S. CUCM 7 is in Network.
Thanks in advance!
Andy

Ok guys, we did it a little bit the other wat we thought.
The biggest problem was that devices were registered on different IP PBXs. If i remember correctly Edge 95 was at old gatekeeper with trunk to CallManager 7.x where was e20.
So we took both devices to CUCM8.6 e20 aka Third-party SIP Device (Advanced). Firmware on it was old one (Sip Tandberg soft ver 2.2). But it worked perfectly.
Also we have registered Edge 95 on CUCM8.6 aka Third-party SIP Device (Advanced). Firmware i dont remember exactly, but it was by summer 2011. About F8 or 9.
We corrected all the routs between both devices. CUCM is at HQ. e20 at Branch 1, Edge 95 at branch 2.
The most interesting feature was that call between e20 and Edge 95 must be in SIP mode.
Now videocalls work at both sides!
P.S. Now e20 is able to work with H.323 firmware. May be one day we will do that experiment. But for now it works in a SIP mode normally.
