Hi All,

I am receiving the following error message whenever i am trying to login any of the agent/setting the status to ready not ready.

Event: eCTIOSFailureEvent, Error: IPCC Error [10108]You may not change to the requested state from your current state Arugment Dumped : (PeripheralID:5000 FailureCode:11 PeripheralErrorCode:10108 AgentID:1728 EnablementMask:0x1400000 UniqueObjectID:agent.5000.1728 EventID:536870924 MessageID:eControlFailureConf MessageType:38 ErrorMessage:IPCC Error [10108]You may not change to the requested state from your current state EventType:2 FilterTarget:agent.5000.1728 TargetCILClientID:.1768dotNET_Sess(34948909)_EvtThd(4) BlockAllEvents:True)

We had tried recycling the ip phone but the issue is still there we are not able to login that specific agent onto that machine please suggest.

Also from where can i find out the description/documentation of eCTIOSFailureEvent, also the document of error code.

I saw this error in the past and looks like the agent object gets
corrupted for some reason. Either create the agent ID again or recycle the
services on the PG.

Have you tried logging in the agent and changing state from the CTIOS Agent Desktop  (out of box)?
