Hi,
In our production environment, we are occasionally getting error.noresource. This is not happening every time. I guess this could be timeout or http cache configuration.
Could any one tell what could be the exact reason behind this.

Hi Feroz,
error.noresource occurs for many reasons, since this happens in your case only in production system with high loads of calls, I would suggest you reach out to the TAC team, and they can help you isolate the problem(if it pertains to the gateway internal/TTS/ASR) and configure the http cache based on the needs.
