Hi team,
I am getting below error while creating user
<serv:response><serv:result>FAILURE</serv:result><serv:reason>The user or site does not support this meeting type</serv:reason>
Please suggest how can i resolve this......

Hi Anand,
That means you are trying to use a service type which isn't supported by your account or your WebEx site. For example, if your site is only configured for Meeting Center you would not be able to schedule a Training Center session or an Event Center event. If you can provide an example of the XML request being used it would help with better determining the cause.
