Hi All,
Currently i am using predefined call variables in my icm script. like call.user.microapp.media_server, call.user.microapp.locale and call.user.microapp.app.media_app............
I want to create my own expanded call variables like call.user.microapp.test i want to know on which devices should i have to configure in order to make it work. as i created through configuration manager call.user.microapp.farhan and i called it in my script but it didnt work. I guess i am missing some thing....
Need expert opinion.
