Hi,
my name is David Bruun-Lie and I work in TANDBERG R&D in Oslo. I have been in TANDBERG since 2001 and have previously been working on TMS, TCS, T3++. I am now part of the Integration Solutions Team. Our role is to make it as easy as possible to integrate with TANDBERG's products. This includes making sure that we have the best API's in the industry, that we have Crestron and AMX modules (that we write ourselves) that are in sync with the codec software and that integrators have all the necessary documentation, tools, CAD drawings etc. available. We are also run this web site.

I wonder if you can assist me with the integration of TMS and Remedy, call desk software. I believe that Tandberg is using Remedy?
Has this been done before?

I think its better to post this as a separate post in the TMS forum rather than as an answer to my "hello" message :-)
If you do this I'll get one of the TMS guys to answer you so we can understand your needs. Its a bit difficult to say whether we are able to help you based on the information you have provided so far :-)
