Follow the Below mentioned steps to configure Attendant Console
1. a) Create a Pilot Point
Application>CUCM AC>Pilot Point> Add New

Save
b) Add a new DN to Pilot Point
Save
c) Application>CUCM AC> (select your Pilot Point)
Under Hunt Group Member Information>Add Member
(Add Hunt Group Members one by one)
Save
d) Restart Pilot Point
2. Create ac Application user (1 per cluster)
a) User Management>Application User>Add New
User ID: ac (case sensitive)
Password: 12345
b) Add to user Group :Standard CTI Allow Call Monitoring
:Standard CTI Enabled
:Standard CTI CAll Park Monitoring
:Standard CTI Allow Control of All devices
c) Controlled Devices: Associate Pilot Point
Save
3. Create ACDeviceAuthenticationUser (1 per cluster)
a) User Management>Application User>Add New
User ID: ACDeviceAuthenticationUser (case sensitive)
Password:12345
b) Add to user Group :Standard CTI Allow Call Monitoring
:Standard CTI Enabled
:Standard CTI CAll Park Monitoring
:Standard CTI Allow Control of All devices
c) Controlled Devices: Associate Pilot Point and Phones whose lines are Hunt Group Members.
Save
4. Create Attendant Console Login user- (this user will log in to CTI Application)
Application>CUCM AC>CUCM AC User>Add new
User ID:
Password:
Confirm Password:
Save
5. a) Download and Install Attendant Console Application
b) Attendant Server Hostname or IP Address: (Call Manager IP Address/Hostname where AC Server Service is running)
c) Directory Number of your phone: (Primary Line of Phone where Hunt Group is create)
d) Attendant Console Client Callback Port
6. Go to Cisco Unified Serviceability>Tools>Control Centre-Feature Services and restart
