To install a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) cluster using the Data Export and Import feature, follow these steps:

  1. Export Data: Use the CUCM Data Export tool to back up the configuration and user data from your source CUCM cluster. Ensure all relevant data is exported, including configuration settings, device information, and user accounts.

  2. Prepare New Cluster: Install CUCM on your new cluster servers, ensuring they meet the system requirements and are properly networked.

  3. Import Data: Use the Data Import tool in the new CUCM cluster to restore the previously exported data. This will replicate the configuration, devices, and user information to the new cluster.

  4. Verify Configuration: After importing, verify that all settings and data have been correctly transferred and that the new cluster is functioning as expected.
