Unfortunately, user cannot change an Agent reply template. Also for Customer chat window UI, only things which can be customized are :
* Chat Logo * Welcome, please wait while we connect you with a customer care representative - Welcome Message * All customer care representatives are busy assisting other clients. Please continue to wait or try again later - AgentJoinTimeout Message * Sorry, the chat service is currently not available. Please try again later. - Chat Error

just a follow up question, regarding Rodrigo Covarrubias query, is it possible now on social miner release 10.5 or still it is not customizable except those items mentioned earlier.
