Is the Cisco Softphone supported with Cisco CallManager Express?

Core Issue

The Java Telephony Application Programming Interface (JTAPI)-based Cisco Softphone is not supported with Cisco CallManager Express (CCME). However, a skinny-based version of Softphone is planned to be supported by CCME.

Resolution

To support Softphone, the IP Blue VTGO-PC 2.8.2 Softphone implementation has been certified with CCME. For more information, contact your Cisco sales person.
