Is there a difference in functionality between the Java and .NET Cils?

We're leaning towards .NET because the sample source-code is provided in the toolkit, which would reduce development time given our simplistic requirements.  However, we need to evaluate Java as an option and knowing if the functionality is different than the .NET Cil would be very helpful.

Thanks!

The functionality is the same between the .NET Cil and the JavaCil.  The COM Cil is different in that it supports CTIOS based Silent monitoring and the .NET and Java Cils do not.
