Hi,
I am writing a TAPI (TSP) application to monitor events in a CUCM environment and i need also see Agents login/logout events. In other protocols such as TSAPI this is available if i monitor the Queue that they login to. I have covered what i could of this forum, and it seems like this may not be possible.
What are my options in a TAPI Environment?
Are there any other APIs i can leverage?
I would appreciate your experience and theories on this.
