The unit will not boot. The console message is loading . . . searching . . . error . . . missing or invalid application.
Is the API missing, corrupt, etc. How can I fix this?

Hi Chip,
This means that the software image is corrupted and hence the unit cannot boot. You may have to send your unit back for repair. I suggest you contact your local support representative to help out diagnose this issue.
