Hi,
I am completely new to the Cisco call manager product.
The software company I work for, wants to integrate into Cisco Call Manager, to retrieve Call Detail Records.
We are a totally Microsoft shop and deliver software to lots of large companies.
Are there any examples in C# (or C, C++, Visual Basic) that show me how to retrieve Call Detail data? Looking at the documentation, it should not be hard. But because we don't have an in-house Cisco Call Manager system, I have no clue on how to start on this.
Also, how would I go about testing this, if we don't have a Cisco Call Manager install?
Any help is very welcome!!

Sham, there are various different methods to retrieve the call data records from the call manager. The CCM version, as well as how you intend to use the data afterwards, will determine how and what may be the best option for your need.
