Created by: Scope Future on 06-05-2013 04:34:50 AM Hi All, We have three different CVP applications i.e. MainApp, ModuleA and ModuleB. After executing the required business logic in the MainApp the control is returned to ICM Script, the ICM Script then invokes ModuleA(Same CVPID is used in ModuleA). In ModuleA due to referring a wrong Audio URL in an Audio Element this module throws an error.noresource. I have caught this error using HotEvent Element. The control is again returned back to ICM Script. Irrespective of the outcome of the previous module the ICM Script invokes ModuleB, does the session get invalidated or is the session lost in such a scenario. Currently, in our application(Module except for the audio elements all other elements are executed correctly. While executing the audio element in Module B I hear a dead air and the call disconnects. Can anyone tell me when there is noresource error does the session gets invalided? Thanks in Advance!!!
Subject: RE: Noresource Error Replied by: Janine Graves on 06-05-2013 07:17:37 PM Is it the same problem as I posted a while back: http://developer.cisco.com/web/cvp/forums/-/message_boards/message/4112446?p_p_auth=9CwpufpV If so - I believe it's a bug that Cisco needs to fix. You can open a TAC case. When audio files are missing, if you create a HotEvent element that catches the event (error.badfetch.http) then it shouldn't leave the license 'hung' and you shouldn't hear dead air.
