When trying to launch the TC Console application I receive an error message (Unable to launch the application).
Running on Windows XP SP3, but also tried on a PC running Vista with the same result.
On my home (private) PC running Windows 7, no problem, but from this I am not able to connect to the C60 codecs.
Also tried to disable virus protection and set IE to minimum security. Same result, not able to lauch.
Does anybody have a walk around solution?

Hi,
try clearing your Java-cache. We have seen this kind of behavior before and clearing old instances of the TC console has resolved the issue.

Did clearing of Java cache. Did not help, same result
