Created by: Stephen Welsh on 16-08-2011 12:24:13 PM With the recent End of Sale of the free Phone Designer application (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6789/ps9829/end_of_life_notice_c51-663729.html), what will happen to the interfaces that it used? There are a number of companies (including ourselves) using the same method as Phone Designer to provide phone customisation (in our case in bulk to any number of phones). Will the setBackground and setRingTone XML objects be added to IP Phone Services? Thanks Stephen Welsh
