Hi, due to an errant process, we dropped a file or two from our NAS after the TCS dropped the recorded files there.  Looking on the TCS box, there are OGG files stored in E:\data\rtpdumps that appear to be some kind of ogg format media files, but they won't replay using any standard ogg codecs.

My question is, what codec can we use in order to play/encode the ogg files from that folder?

My second question is, should we be cleaning out the rtpdumps folder manually?  On one of our TCS appliances this folder is up over 100GB, and I suspect it will be similar for the other appliance.

Thanks in advance.
